Putrajaya Holdings Tower
PJH Tower (Menara PJH), adjacent to Seri Wilayah tower (Menara Seri Wilayah) is the property of Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd, the developer of Putrajaya. This modern building was designed by local architectural consultant, Jafri Merican Sdn Bhd. PJH Tower is a premium green building with a Gold GBI rating. It is made up of 12 levels of offices as well as a retail podium, located near to the waterfront of the well-known Putrajaya Lake. The tower is designed with a north orientation with vertical louvers for greater solar control. This particular orientation is also believed to produce solar efficiency, excellent views as well as maximise floor areasThis building is also certified by MDeC as the MSC Cyber Centre Manager for Precinct 2, 3 and 4. It also houses the incubator, shared workspace and start-up hub for IT entrepreneurs.
