The stingless bee breeding project at the edge of Taman Rimba Alam is viable and has great potential to be a tourist attraction for urban agriculture that focuses on urban beescape (a combination of bee-friendly environments) as the area has a variety of tree species that produce rubber resins needed to make the nests/hives. The Stingless Bee Pilot Project initiative with the community, started in March 2016 has produced high quality stingless bees honey products. Currently, production is for the local community as well as for souvenirs for visiting international dignitaries.
